These website terms cover public use of RecoverPilot marketing pages and pilot qualification forms. Product pilots require a separate written agreement before any production system access.

Website Content

Website content is provided for evaluation and planning. Pilot targets, modeled outcomes, and workflow examples are not guarantees of financial results.

Pilot Qualification

Submitting a pilot application does not create a customer relationship or guarantee acceptance into the pilot. We may decline or defer practices when the requested workflow, integration surface, or data requirements are not yet supported.

No Patient Information

Do not submit patient information through the website, pilot form, or initial email. Production data handling is governed by separate onboarding and data-processing terms.
