Approval-First Pilot Mode

Pilot workflows start with observation and manager approval. Agent recommendations include source context and a plain-language rationale before work moves forward.

Data Access

Production system access is scoped during onboarding and should follow least-privilege principles. The website form is only for practice-level qualification and must not include patient information.

Auditability

The product roadmap prioritizes event logs, workflow history, human approvals, and clear attribution for each recommendation or drafted action.
